Day 2 - Sunday 19th October

We all awoke to bright sunshine! Many rooms face the sea and the students were able to enjoy glorious views out along the coast with the mountains in the background and the glorious sunshine on their balconies.!

Having had an amazing buffet breakfast we all headed to our two rehearsal rooms and spent the next four hours rehearsing a large part of our repertoire including:

• You raise me up
• Rocket - A 'mash-up' for Choir and Orchestra arranged by Miss Zanardo especially for the trip!
• Schubert's Mass in G
• 'May it be' for an a cappella arrangement
• 'Both sides now' - Joni Mitchell - also an a cappella arrangement
• 'Music from Gladiator' for orchestra
• 'Oj Jelena' - a Croatian folk song - in Croatian with pronunciation coaching from Ms Della-Porta.
